Former Secretary General of the Namibia Employers' Federation, Tim Parkhouse says there is a need to drastically lessen the gap in the job market through skills offered by training institutions. Parkhouse was speaking at a breakfast meeting hosted by the Centre for Development Foundation at Swakopmund.
