Industrialisation, Trade and SME Development Minister Lucia Ipumbu have urged small traders to continue observing good hygiene as the country battle with the Coronavirus pandemic. Ipumbu delivered 1 000 masks and 100 face shields to vendors at the Rundu and Tandaveka Open markets.
