Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) have been urged to register with the Business and Intellectual Property Authority (BIPA) to remain protected. The call was made by the Minister for Industrialization and Trade, Lucia Iipumbu at the launch of the BIPA office at Walvis Bay.
