The Minister of State-Owned Enterprises Leon Jooste says although 2020 presented economic challenges attributed to policy issues and the impact of COVID-19, such challenges he says should not be allowed to devour the country's development goals. Jooste was responding to questions regarding his ministry's performance and reforms of SOEs, in an interview with NBC News.
