The fifth member of the family that is alleged to have ingested poison has died. Anna Malokwa, aged 43 was the only survivor, after her husband and three children died at the Katima Mulilo State Hospital where they were admitted last Sunday for suspected food poisoning. The next of kin have been informed. Zambezi Regional Crime Investigations Coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Evans Simasiku, confirmed the death of Malokwa this morning.
