The Minister of Sport, Youth and National Service, Agnes Tjongarero, says the role that young people play in advancing development, democracy, and peace in the country should be complimented and encouraged. Tjongarero made the remarks at the opening of the first Youth Empowerment Seminar that took place at Luderitz in the ||Kharas Region.
