The Swapo Party Youth League congress is running behind schedule having only concluded the discussions on eight thematic areas including ICT, health and green hydrogen so far. SPYL's Secretary for information Gerson Dumeni says due to the delay delegates will no longer return to their destinations today as scheduled. Delegates were preparing for the election of the members of the Central Committee a while ago. If all goes according to plan, the results will be announced at around midnight. The positions of Secretary and Deputy Secretary are set to remain uncontested.
