Several stakeholders have jointly donated livestock to Ruacana farmers as well as food parcels to Angolan immigrants who fled drought in their country. They have donated food, blankets, camping tents, toiletries, and other items to the 3 230 immigrants currently accommodated at the Etunda Elcin Parish. The donations were handed over by Environment, Forestry and Tourism Minister, Pohamba Shifeta on Friday.
