The Okahandja Magistrate's Court will tomorrow give a ruling on the bail application of former Okahandja Regional Councillor and Member of Parliament (MP) in the National Council, Steve Biko Booys. Booys stands accused of two counts of rape and incest, which allegedly took place at his residence in Okahandja, early this year.
