With Namibia to assume important leadership positions next year, the International Relations and Cooperation Minister, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah says, there is a need to support strategies to increase the number of women in leadership and assist them to cultivate their political potential and professional skills. Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah spoke at the 1st anniversary of the International Women's Peace Centre in Windhoek.
