Four student organisations are threatening to launch an urgent court application to stop what they term the procurement of overpriced laptops by the Namibia Students Financial Assistance Fund (NSFAF). NSFAF recently advertised a tender to procure about 32 000 laptops at a cost of N$180 million for students at the country's institutions of higher learning.
