The Swapo Party has appointed Austin Samupwa as Permanent Secretary in the office of the Secretary-General and Tangeni Haindongo as the Special Advisor to the Secretary-General. The new appointments were revealed by the Sophia Shaningwa during her first staff address since the sixth Swapo Party Elective Congress, in November last year.
