The SWAPO party has hailed the late Vaalgras community, Chief Joel Stephanus as a selfless leader during a memorial service held today at Keetmanshoop. Stephanus died from complications of COVID-19 at the Keetmanshoop State Hospital on 7 July. He was 77 years.
