The SWAPO Party Women's Council (SPWC) Deputy National Secretary, Fransina Kahungu has urged members to come up with mechanisms that will strengthen the organic structure of the ruling party. Kahungu, made the remarks at the SWAPO party's ||Kharas regional Women's elective Conference that took place at Keetmanshoop.
