The vice-president (VP) of SWAPO, Netumbo Nandi-Ndaitwah has called on voters in the Oshana Region to give the party another mandate by voting for its candidates in next month's elections. Nandi-Ndaitwah made the call when she addressed a SWAPO rally in Oshakati.
