Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technology, Emma Theofelus says broadcasts play a pivotal role in the dissemination of accurate and reliable information. Theofelus made the remarks when she accepted a donation by the Turkish Cooperation and Coordination Agency (TIKA) of state of the art audiovisual studio equipment to the Namibia Press Agency (NAMPA).
