Minister of Environment, Forestry and Tourism (MEFT), Pohamba Shifeta, accused Topnaar Traditional Authority leaders of mismanaging community funds. Speaking at the inauguration of the Topnaar Community Association at Utuseb, Shifeta said he had demanded to see all financial transactions of the national park funds, but none were provided to him.
