The Minister of Justice, Yvonne Dausab says there is no law that stops traditional authorities from facilitating, payment, also known as 'the wiping of tears', to bereaved families as long as both parties are in agreement. Dausab was speaking at a community meeting at Mukwe in the Kavango East Region.
