The leader of the Kai-Khuan Traditional Authority, Chief Petrus Kooper, says that traditional authorities are finding it hard to convince the public to make use of community courts to handle disputes. Kooper says most opt to make use of the criminal justice system, which puts unnecessary strain on the effectiveness of solving cases.
