Tributes continue to pour in for the late SWAPO Member of Parliament Mandela Kapere, who died on 7 December. Friends and family from all walks of life gathered at the Parliament Gardens in Windhoek for Kapere's official memorial service to share fond memories on the life of the late youth leader.
