The Trade Union Congress of Namibia (TUCNA) has added its voice to the chorus of nine other such bodies representing workers in countries on the Commonwealth Ministerial Action group, to immediately suspend Eswatini from the commonwealth. TUCNA secretary-general Mahongora Kavihuha says a series of ongoing protests in Eswatini against the monarchy and for the democratisation of the monarch has led to the oppression of political parties and the prohibition of trade unions in the small nation.
