Law students from the University of Namibia (UNAM) have taken sexual consent awareness to schools in Kavango East, one of the regions with a high number of teenage pregnancies and school drop-outs. The sexual consent education campaign seeks to explicitly teach learners about power imbalances, the relationship between alcohol and sexual abuse, and how to give and receive consent prior to a sexual act.
