As part of their mandate to provide humanitarian and developmental aid to Children Worldwide, the United Nations Children's Fund (UNICEF) through the Ministry of Health and Social services, established a community garden and poultry project at Hamukoto Wakapa clinic in Ohangwena Region's Ondobe Constituency.
