Unions have been cautioned not only to collect members fees but to work together in addressing and providing concrete solutions on issues affecting the workers. These were the sentiments expressed by Deputy Minister of Labour, Industrial Relations and Employment Creation Hafeni Ndemula at the Trade Union Congress of Namibia (TUCNA) and Africa Continental Free Agreements' three-day National workshop at Okahandja today.
