Urban and Rural Development Minister, Erastus Uutoni says affordable housing and proper sanitation will be the agenda to drive in full this year. Uutoni made these remarks during a groundbreaking event of a multi-million-dollar housing development at Grootfontien, to be known as Le-Mont Village.
