The Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Erastus Uutoni has called on municipalities to avail more land to bring an end to homelessness in Namibia. Uutoni made the call at the handover of a site where more than 70 houses are to be constructed at Keetmanshoop, by the National Housing Enterprise (NHE).
