The Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Erastus Uutoni has urged the Katima Mulilo Town Council to prioritise the upgrading of the sewage system. Apart from frequent water and electricity disruptions, there has been constant blockages and overflowing of sewage which often frustrate residents.
