The Urban and Rural Development Minister, Erastus Uutoni has ordered all Local Authorities to submit reports to him on all plots and housing units they delivered this financial year. Speaking at the handover of 50 plots at Kakuro suburb to low-income earners at Nkurenkuru, Uutoni ordered all reports to reach his office this month.
