Communities are urged to stop relying on Government hand-outs in terms of job creation and to rise up to improve their own living conditions. These were the sentiments shared by Minister of Urban and Rural Development, Erastus Uutoni during a visit to Satansloctch, a pig farming project located a few kilometres outside of Windhoek.
