Prime Minister Saara Kuugongelwa-Amadhila has urged the Ministry of Urban and Rural Development to accelerate affordable housing to those that do not qualify for the low-cost housing programme. Kuugongelwa-Amadhila says there is a great housing need for people such as young professionals.
