The United States (US) has pledged over N$150 billion towards efforts against global warming. This was revealed by the United States' Deputy Special Envoy for Climate Department, Dr Jonathan Pershing during his visit to the Ministry of Environment, Forestry and Tourism in Windhoek on Thursday.
