Local Authority Councillors for Usakos, Karibib and Omaruru are advised to put the needs and interests of the residents first. This was the call by the Deputy Minister of Urban and Rural Development Natalia |Goagoses during the signing of a Memorandum of Understanding "OKULAC MOU" by the three local authorities.
