The youth of Usakos and Karibib are adamant they'll vote for those who will bring much-needed development to their towns. Speaking to NBC News, they say they are tired of voting for people that do not hear their cry of unemployment and housing needs. This time around they say they will vote wisely. Others, however, refuse to vote in the upcoming Local Authority and Regional Council Elections as they say it's useless, since those they vote into office forget about them when they get in power.
