The communities of Mpora and Kasava villages, in the Kavango West Region, are up in arms, after their Hompa Alfons Kaundu allegedly allocated a piece of land to someone without their consent. The seven kilometres square area is said to be the only unallocated grazing area remaining for farmers from the two villages.
