The Minister of Health and Social Services Dr Kalumbi Shangula has commended staff members at Welwitschia Private Hospital at Walvis Bay, who facilitated the recovery process of case number 22. 63-year-old Rudi Witulski had been in the intensive care unit as a result of COVID-19 and was discharged yesterday.
