Windhoek, Okahandja and Rehoboth local authority areas placed under lockdown for a period of 14 days

Windhoek, Okahandja and Rehoboth local authority areas have been placed under lockdown for a period of 14 days. President Hage Geingob says the move was necessitated by the rising COVID-19 infections and deaths. The adjustments to the regulations will come into force at midnight on Wednesday.
