Khomas Regional Commander, Commissioner Ismael Basson says he is happy with the way Windhoek residents are conducting themselves of late. Basson says, even though some residents are found to be intoxicated here and there, the overall crime rate has dropped. His comments follow the security cluster's patrolling on the streets of Windhoek on Friday Night.
