Women in business are urged to self introspect when coming up with business ideas, as a means to innovate and not simply copy others. This call was made by the Namibia Economist Business Woman of the year 2019, addressing business Women at Okahandja. The meeting was aimed at sharing experiences in an effort to revive and grow their businesses amid the Covid-19 pandemic and the challenges it presents.
