Minister of Works and Transport, John Mutorwa has called on the Rundu Town Council to play their part and ensure that residents enjoy the benefit of better roads. Mutorwa's comments come after the Road Fund Administration revealed that Rundu has so far used only 30% of its roads maintenance allocation for the current financial year.
