Works and Transport Minister John Mutorwa is urging regional directorates to keep a close eye on the progress of capital projects within their jurisdiction and ensure that these are completed on time. Mutorwa says after capital projects are budgeted for, whether new or abandoned, each directorate must appoint a constructor to constantly monitor the progress of such projects on the government's behalf.
