More than 45 million healthcare professionals have signed an open letter calling on world leaders to commit themselves to a climate change action agenda, to reduce vulnerability to global warming. This was revealed by the World Health Organization (WHO) Director of Environment, Climate Change and Health Dr Maria Neira at the launch of the World Health body's COP26 special report titled "The Health Argument for Climate Action".
