A young entrepreneur, who received seed capital of N$70 000 from the Tony Elumelu Foundation, is encouraging his peers to take part in the next cycle of funding and mentorship. Gideon Shilunga, a technology entrepreneur who ventures in online business, was among 400 000 applicants from across Africa and was part of 15 000 selected to pitch their ideas.
