An increase in social grants, amnesty for repayment of NSFAF loans and targeted interventions to address youth unemployment dominated President Hage Geingob's eighth State of the Nation Address. Dr. Geingob delivered the address under the theme ' Working for a stronger, just and united Namibia'.
