The Deputy Minister of Information and Communication Technology (MICT), Emma Theofelus says it is important that youth stay involved in democracy so they can make meaningful contributions to Namibia's development. Theofelus was speaking at the official opening of the 2nd cohort of the Bring a Buddy to Parly project, that took place in Windhoek on Wednesday.
