A total of 349 cases of Gender-Based Violence (GBV) were reported in the Zambezi Region from January 2021 to date. Of these, 143 cases have been cleared by the police and are now with the prosecutors. This is according to the report made public by the Regional Crime Investigation Coordinator, Deputy Commissioner Evans Simasiku, on Wednesday.
