Zeraeua Traditional Authority labels Germany's genocide offer as an insult to the affected communities

Chief Manase Christian Zeraeua of the Zeraeua Traditional Authority has labeled Germany's offer of about N$18 billion as compensation through funding of social projects benefiting the descendants of the survivors of the 1904-1908 genocide, as an insult to the affected communities. The Namibian government is expected to sign the agreement with Germany but Zeraeua Traditional Authority and four other chiefs want this signing ceremony postponed.
