The Namibia School Sports Union's National Coordinator Rodger Kambatuku says there is a need to introduce more competitions in the country.

He made these remarks during NBC's weekly show, Intersport.

Most schools' inter-house competitions have been in full swing over the last few weeks and the learners' participation is at an all-time high as most were inactive during the Covid 19 pandemic.

The National Schools Sport Coordinator Rodger Kambatuku re-emphasized the importance of increasing competitions and the level of play in the country on NBC's Intersport show.

Kambatuku urged corporate companies to come on board to financially aid these competitions and its organisers as the government will not be able to source funds alone.
