The Namibian Professional cyclist Vera Looser and her partner Kim le Court got top honours in stage two of the Cape Epic today.

Namibian Professional cyclist Vera Looser and team mate Kim le Court are currently taking part in the 2023 edition of the Cape Epic. The African duo only came third in yesterday's stage, but today they turned things around, scooping a first place finish in the longest stage of the Cape Epic, stage 2.

The two rode a very calculated race, reserving energy to the very last trails, and then attacked towards the finish - ultimately securing their first stage victory.

Wednesday's Stage 3 will see the riders face a 101km distance with 2250m climbs.
