The |Khomas Regional Council has donated goods valued at N$300 000 to orphans and vulnerable children schooling at Centaurus High School in Windhoek through its Minor Capital and Back to School programs.

About 360 learners are in need at the school.

The school received blankets and uniforms for both male and female learners.
 
The school Principal Reinardine Kamehozu-Mate said although the school is faced with many challenges they still strive for excellence.

The Khomas Regional Council's Minor Capital and Back to School programs also donated ten computers to Suiderhof Primary School.
 
The Principal, Alna Similo said the donated computers will help narrow the digital divide.
