The Namibia Volleyball Federation is hosting a Level II Instructors course at the DTS hall in Windhoek, with over 30 coaches from various African countries in attendance.
Funded by Olympic Solidarity, the course started yesterday and will run until June 14th.
Coaches from Angola, Botswana, Rwanda, South Africa, Zimbabwe, and other nations are participating.
The course aims to equip coaches with skills to train athletes from grassroots to professional levels, manage teams in competitive environments, and effectively organize resources for training and competition.
Hilary Dux Imbuwa, President of Volleyball Namibia, emphasized the workshop's importance for enhancing coaches' knowledge and skills.
Participants from various countries expressed their enthusiasm for the long-awaited course.
The Instructor course will conclude on June 14th with both theoretical and practical sessions covered.
